SINGLE VENDOR FEE: $50

GROUP VENDOR FEE: $80

ALL APPLICATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED THRU THE PRINTERS PLANET WEBSITE.

ALL COMPLETED APPLICATIONS WILL INCLUDE VENDOR PAYMENT AND SINGLE VENDOR CRS# or GROUP VENDOR CRS#

REFUNDS

REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER FESTIVAL STARTING AUGUST 19TH

RAIN OR SHINE EVENT, 50% REFUND IF FESTIVAL IS CANCELLED DUE TO WEATHER

VENDOR AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING WHEN SIGNING UP:

• EACH SINGLE OR GROUP VENDOR IS ALOTTED AN 10x10FT VENDING SPACE

• Vendor agrees to all festival rules and event guidelines.

• Vendor agrees to bring everything they need to vend including tables, chairs, tents, graphics, water, food, ecommerce, etc.

• Vendor payment due when completing PPF application form

• Vendor agrees to provide CRS# at application process

• Vendor provides, name, contact, pressname, one CRS for single or group

VENDOR ACKNOWLEDGES PPF TEAM WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Provide festival promotion

• Manage all festival coordination and production

• Provide festival insurance

• Railyard provides space rental, electricity, water, bathrooms

IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH SANTA FE VENDING, IT’S A TAX ID NUMBER YOU GET FOR FREE FROM STATE OF NEW MEXICO. THAT SAID, THERE WILL BE NO MONITORING OF YOU AND YOUR SALES AT EVENT; IT IS SOLELY UP TO THE VENDOR TO COLLECT ANY TAX THAT MAY APPLY TO YOUR SALES. IF YOU ARE APPLYING AS A GROUP, ONE PERSON FROM GROUP NEEDS TO SUBMIT CRS# FOR GROUP.

HOW TO OBTAIN A CRS IDENTIFICATION NUMBER There are two ways to obtain a CRS identification number. You may fill out and submit the Application for Business Tax Identification Number (ACD-31015) to any local tax office. There is no fee to register or obtain a CRS identification number. If you return your application in person to any district tax office, you will receive your CRS identification number immediately. You may expect your CRS identification within one to two weeks when you return the application by mail. You may also obtain an application at many city, village, and town halls around the state. These offices can assign your CRS identification number immediately when you apply in person. The second way to obtain a CRS identification number is to apply online. Online registration is available at https://tap.state.nm.us/tap. A CRS identification number will be automatically generated once registration is complete.

You can register as a sole proprietor, no business name or corporation ID needed etc.

Apply in person or online and get CRS# that day.
